Since the product launch in fall 2014 chair family Embrace, developed for our client Kinnarps, has already been awarded five design prizes:
IF Award, Red Dot Award, Green Good Design Award and Bronze Award of Deutscher Designer Club.
Embrace also has been awarded a Special Mention German Design Award 2016 by Rat für Formgebung!

Embrace has been developed for moden office zones, conference- and meeting areas. With its soft shaping language Embrace fits into the emotionally appealing and more homelike office landscapes of the future. Following the motto less is more, reduction, simplicity and naturalness were in the focus of the design. A design living out the tradition of Scandinavian furniture design. Due to the flexible back shell made of wood, continuously reduced, mechanics or lumbar adjustment tools can be spared. Produced with state-of-the-art wood technology a maximum of stability is guaranteed with a minimum of material usage. The intelligent combination of recyclable and natural materials visualizes the sustainability at first glance.
